I had an emergency on 4/3/17 and needed a vehicle to see to it. I showed up at the Enterprise mentioned above without a reservation. Greg, the clerk on duty, listened my request very attentively and found me a vehicle right away. I want to thank him for the superb customer skills he displayed during the process. If any of you have had any bad experience at this location, write about it. Management will reach out to you and will hear your concerns. Remember, businesses are there to serve our needs, without us, they have no business. Thank you Greg and thank you Enterprise for your improved service.

Even though the car ran well I was not happy with the customer service or the appearance of the car. I was embarrassed to drive it. I was told I would be contacted to trade out of the car but never heard another from the Tulare office in the three days I had the car. There were so many things wrong with the appearance it was a joke to try and name them all, plus the hole in the carpet on the drivers side and all the stains in the seats. I put towels over them even though they stated they steamed them. When I went in to return the car there were 4 men seating in their chairs on their phones. Only one got up to ask what I needed. He told me to just drive the car to Quality Auto where my car was and they would pick it up later. What a waste of time when they clearly could have taken me to pick up my car. I have always used your service so I was surprised on how I was treated and feel I was given a crap car because I was a short term client.

Well don't Expect much when you call At 5 on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I called at 5 the sales agent told he would call me back when he had a driver come in to pick me up. Well I never got a call back and Left me stranded Thanks a lot enterprise

They have always provided good service, however I waited about 45 mins to get helped because there was only 1 worker there. Then he added all these extras ( road side assistance,Gps) i did not ask for. And they did not tell me until i returned the vehicle.

I'm writing today because someone at the above Enterprise location did something that made me rethink what I had previously posted. I'm sure you all know this, but I wanted to share it with you. There are employees who go to work just to earn a paycheck and there are those who go to work because they enjoy working with us and look for ways to give us the best possible experience.

Waited too long to get vehicle. Need more help to get better customer service.

It's not that I hate this place. In fact, I was very happy with it until today. Here is what happened : I reserved a vehicle for March 27, pick up time 1200 noon. As far as I can remember, my reservation has never been canceled because of me being late. According to the clerk, reservations are canceled automatically after half hour has passed the reserved pick up time. First time ever I have been told such. AND It's not the first time I have been 15 minutes late. 15 minutes!!!!... a courtesy call would have been appreciated. But no, that didn't happen. The clerk was not friendly at all. He told me that my reservation had been canceled because I was half hour late. This happened Monday 27th, at around 1235pm. He stated that he had rented the vehicle to someone else. What's the purpose of making a reservation then? Is it not to have the assurance that the vehicle will be ready when us customers get there? I thought the service at this place was superb, but now that I think about, I always have had to wait for them to clean the car, usually 20 to 30 minutes, and I never canceled the reservation because they made me wait that long. I think that is very one sided. After this experience I have made it a point not to rent from this particular Enterprise location anymore. I encourage everyone who has had bad experiences with enterprise in k street, tulare, ca, to stand up and show them that their arbitrary and abusive behavior has repercussions. Let's make them feel that customers are their most valuable asset, and if they don't take care of them, they will loose them.
