I do not usually give bad reviews because I comprehend that sometimes things just happen. However, to be so unwilling to rectify a situation that was caused by the company is unacceptable.
Excellent services and accommodations with beautiful arrangements
Because I am in Atlanta, GA and these flowers were for my mom in Tulare, CA, I had no way of knowing what had happened until after the flowers were given to my mother. They refused to make a new bouquet or give a partial refund (this was worth maybe $50-$60/I asked two professional florists).

I feel completely cheated. I understand that bouquets are never going to look like those pictured. I also understand that substitutions are sometimes necessary. The photos I provided from their website showed multiple kinds of flowers, with multiple colors. I received a few pink roses, the rest orange roses, some greenery, and a plastic pink butterfly. There were no other flowers, no other colors.

The manager that I spoke with this morning, Melissa, while professional, called the bouquet "beautiful," and further explained that there were over 20 roses total in the bouquet, making it worth over $100. Right. My mother, brother, father, and sister-in-law counted much, much fewer than twenty.
While the staff was very friendly on the phone, the service and ultimate outcome of an approximately $85 Mother's Day (2012) arrangement was unacceptable and an utter disappointment.
Without going into exhaustive detail, I ordered an arrangement over the phone with Shawna. I asked that there be only one modification: add more colorful, brighter flowers (deep pink, bright purple, etc.). What I received was a vase full of greenery with about five or six orange roses. When it was explained that this was nothing at all like that of the picture that was provided from their website, nor was it worth $80+ they added more roses.
