I am extremely annoyed with the way I was treated and as I stated I will not be back. Lastly it is dirty and cluttered.
I went in 2 weeks ago to get a full set of white tips. Don't remember the man tech that did my nails but one nail he glued on did not glue correctly in the corner of my thumb. I let him know that the nail did not glue correctly in he just blue it off. He put acrylic on the actual nail and water got in the nail n started lifting immediately. That' is poorly service. I will never go there again. Terrible service.
Just left from there and I will never return. I got a french tip manicure and the lady messed up. It was completely crooked and when I told her she messed up, she was rude and said she didn't see anything wrong with them so I asked if she could just take them off and I will go somewhere else and she told me that's fine but she was still going to charge me for everything. Then told me she would fix it. While she was fixing it she was extremely rude and started talking about me in a different language. When going to pay my total came out to $85.00 and I was like how on earth but when I asked her about it she rushed me out the door.
I just left the salon,( if you can call it like that)Worse experience ever, that place is dirty the equipment is dirty, i went there to get my nails done, they were rude since the beginning. They were just trying to rush me out, when she was going my nails she was so rough. I will never go back here! I paid $50 dollars for a nail set that didnt came out nice.
I went in there last week to get my eyebrows waxed before I go to the Marine's Ball this week. They were so rough and rude! The wax was way too hot that I had burns. My eyebrows were not even. The lady didn't even remove the remaining wax off. I usually get my eyebrows waxed, and this was by far one of the worst experience. The lady rushed me to pay and rushed me out the door. I won't be returning.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. 1st off, the place is DIRTY. Stuff scattered everywhere and when I sat down, the station I was seated at was dirty too I thought "oh no, but I need my nails done asap" all shops around me were busy because of graduations and stuff so I just chose to go to this one. The girl had barely started taking off nail polish on my right thumb and gets up abruptly and just walks away for a 10 minute break. That's ridiculous. And she did not shape my nails all that great either. They were crooked and not cute. 2 of my nails were different lengths and not close to being symmetrical. And she was pushy. PLUS, they charge way too much. 25 dollars for a fill? I get full sets at my regular shop for that price. I wouldn't go here again if it was my last resort.
I have been one other time and the lady did an amazing job but because I brought my own gel polish she made fun of me in her language. I know she made fun of me because she held up my polish and started making funny faces and when I made eye contact with her she looked down.
