I needed to renew my license along with my photo, so I made an appointment on August 24th. I did everything required and waited over 3 weeks. I didn't receive it so I decided to call the 1-800 number and he said the tech didn't enter a code and I would have to go into the office again. I went in thinking that it would be quick since it was there fault NOPE they made me wait just like everyone else. The techs at this office need more training and better service. If there was a negative star that's what I would give because they don't even deserve 1!
I was really impressed with the service here. I normally go to the Fresno DMV. I was driving out to Visalia and friends recommended that I go to the Tulare DMV. I was in and out of there within 1 hour with no appointment. It is not super crowded. There are lots of places to sit and the employees were very helpful and nice which hasn't been my typical DMV experience.

Nice people...efficient. Beats the Visalia DMV! By a long shot! Will never go to the Visalia DMV ever again! Staff is straigjt TRASH!
