Bad service.unfunctional keys ....Not reliable ...If I could,I would rate him a 0.I don't recommend this business.

I called mister Lee to make keys for my Toyota and a Nissan Altima and always has done an outstanding Job!! I really recommend him. Is very honest and sometimes people quality that as rude but is not, just doesn't like to tell them lies. Is my honest opinion.
I called and asked some questions regarding a new key to my 1997 Honda accord and he was very rude and asked if the key needed to be programmed I wasn't sure and said I don't think so, I said i would call him back said thank you and hung up, i tried calling other locksmiths and they were busy so I did my research and it said that it did needed to be programmed. So I called back and asked him how much would it be with a key that's programmed and he told me didn't you just call, and he got offended that I tried calling other places and he hung up on me. What kind of service is this? I just had a few questions regarding my car, and he has a thick Spanish accent kind of hard to understand. I DON'T RECOMMEND.
Took Lee my Honda Civic key to cut and he cut it incorrectly and did not function. So he gave me a replacement from his own inventory and it functioned after some manipulation. A week later after pay day took the key he made to get programmed and it did not work because the chip in the key he gave me was totally different from the dealer supplied key. For a professional locksmith, that was a huge mistake and over sight and now I'm out $100 bucks. Thank You Lee.
