This place is a horrible inhumane place for animals. My dog was so scared he urinated on the floor. That day I picked him up, his hair cut was so obviously uneven, they cut his nails to were they were bleeding. . Took off way to much hair. When I called to complain the receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude and seemed like she had no empathy over the matter. If you love your animals don't take them there.
One thing I consider the most when choosing a pet grooming service for my dogs: It is important for me that the service men love pets! They are many of them here!
Always take my poodles here they do a great job and offer discounts when you rebook
I don't like to cause problems or be rude but I paid a lot of money to get my puppy's hair cut. It sucks when the groomers can't even do the task you are paying for and get attitudes if you ask for it to be fixed. I don't have tons of money to waste on a service that is poorly done. I'm sorry but I won't be coming back.
Love this place. The staff is so helpful. The groomers are very knowledgeable. It's a beautiful salon. My doggies love seeing their Aunt Crystal.
