First let me say that the plumber himself is a nice guy and efficient. His wife/bookkeeper however, is rude and difficult to work with. We had a problem with our Banking Bill Pay service. We issued payment of $102.00 3 times. Each time the check was never recieved. It turned out that the mailing address was incorrect on the Bank service (even though it looked correct on the bill pay interface screen).
We explained the problem to the bookkeeper all throughout the process and updated her every step of the way. We have an EXCELLENT credit rating and this is not normal for our company to be late on a payment. She made such a big deal about this error and was rude on the phone and in person in this regards. We will never use their services again. It is too bad for them as our facility is older and needs constant small plumbing fixes. It could of been very lucrative for them.
If you want to be treated with disrespect.....give them a call.
