We went here for my small dog and when I went to pick him up they seemed like they were in a rush to get me out. I thought that it was weird but didn't think anything of it. but when I got home I noticed blood all over my car and house I had no idea where it came from. After further inspection I noticed my dog was bleeding! They had cut his nail to far. Now I understand that things happen dogs move and all that, but to not tell me or inform me in any way is where I draw the line. I wont won't be going back there.
My sister recommended this place to me because she takes her bulldog there for his grooming needs. Pricing is good. The people are friendly. But I think their specialty is grooming dogs with very short fur. I took in my Aussie and they gave me back a poodle looking fur baby. His fur was gone. I won't be taking him there again but I would suggest them for short hair breeds.
At first I thought they did a good job until the day after when I picked up my dog and he cried. He had about a 3 inch razor burn on his stomach that looked almost bloody. Very sad and disappointed I will never take him back there. She could of told me when I picked him that she accidentally cut him. My poor dog is probably traumatized now!
I have taken both of my dogs there for over a year now and they have been nothing but great. Their prices are very reasonable and my dogs have been returned to me happy and well-trimmed every time. :)
