they dont deliver when the date is due
Very rude and disrespectful
This post office is the worst post office I've ever had to go to or deal with. Rude employees, bad customer service, bad mail carrier's, poor management, constantly lost or damaged mail/packages (this also includes certified mail/packages as well). Also if you are going to make a complaint then be ready to be placed on hold forever (the automatic voice service is never correct on the wait time & I don't recommend doing the call back thing they offer because there liar's, YOU'LL LOSE YOUR PLACE & NO ONE WILL EVER CALL YOU BACK!), also you'll either never get a phone call back from the person your suppose to get or you'll get a bunch of phone calls from this office & be told not to contact corporate & to contact them personally or you'll get a personal house visit by the employees & be ready to argue about any refunds they owe you for failing to deliver any certified mail/packages. (Honestly after month's of problem's & a long 3 month's of dealing with the post office you'll come to realize that nothing is actually being done at all about your complaints & that the employees are lying to corporate about the matter being fixed & that all your getting is the run around & a bunch of excuses & at the end of it all your just left feeling bullied, harassed & a little stressed out wondering if after everything you've been through to get some change in the way this poat office is being runed, is just going to get even worse on you!?)
Worst customer service, rude employees. Seriously, if you hate your job just look somewhere else.

This is the busiest time of year for the Post Office, knowing that fact it is almost impossible to see it. What I mean is my mail carrier and his supervisor Robert handled a situation that I had come up wonderfully. They are very kind patient individuals. Great job U.S.P.S. in hiring these two gentlemen.
They answer there calls with such utter incompetence.
