Pretty good place usually. They haven't been warming the chips and dip lately and that makes me sad :(

I placed an Online order with in car pick up. The ordering process was quick and easy. Pick up time was 25 minutes. Happy and excited to try this new option as Chili's has been a favorite for over 20 years.
Disappointment hits when I arrived. There was four parking spots marked for To Go and all taken. It took about 4 minutes after texting here. I asked the employee if there was people waiting, his response was no. The To Go signage is way to small for people to see. Need newer signage! I live 1 mile from Chili's and when I got home, my crispers were warm to cold as if they were already cooked and sitting there waiting. I requested dipping sauce and none was given, such a disappointment. I'm on the fence on using this service again.
We'll start with the good: food was tasty, server was friendly, environment was good. However, I checked in on the app about 15 minutes before arriving, and it gave me a 2-12 minute wait. Arrived at the restaurant and the host was MIA for a few minutes. One other couple waiting, but numerous tables open on the floor. Host checked us in, we waited about 10 minutes to get seated. So using the app proved to be of no benefit. My family has been here several times since my wife really likes one of their entrees, and I usually leave a bit frustrated. And it generally has to do with the 2+ hours we usually spend there. Food is good; people are friendly, but expect to spend most of your night there.
