They can never accommodate me and my work schedule, I have explained to them that my work schedule is always unpredictable and have to canceled multiple times. I had to call to reschedule and they told me if I miss another appointment, they CAN'T schedule me with them ANYMORE. What kind of service is that?
I chipped my front tooth, called Dr. Humerickhouse to get an appointment expecting it to be at least a few days away. They asked me to come down right away. I was so grateful for them to go out of their way to help me get my smile back. I wasn't even a patient of theirs, but they still shifted the schedule to get me in. I am so grateful for this.
