extraction they said that the gas would work it is not the doctor said you shouldn't feel any pain my daughter felt pain the dr said no that shouldn't hurt
I brought my kids here I was told they don't let the parents come in with the doctor there's a reason because this trip ticket to the chair screaming and kicking don't carry of the hurt your kid there's negligence and other bad things going on but if you don't believe me take your kid and he will be traumatized for life never want to go see a dentist
I called today because my daughter was in pain from a filling falling put that they put in 6 months prior. They told me she was due for a teeth cleaning that they would be doing that and maybe get her out of pain. My daughter is 11 and on pain and you are worried about teeth cleaning. Needless to say we are going elsewhere. Another thing that bugged me they wanted to put my daughter under with happy gas for a filling. I did not allow that and they tried to push it. Another thing that bugged me is when she had her filling they would not let me back there. Never again will I go to Smileland. They are building one here in Visalia, Ca and I will make sure that everyone knows what kind of place this is. Money is their concern not helping kids. Unless they are putting them under.
I really love this place !! I have 4 kids 10 yr old, 5 yr old and a set of twins of 3 yrs old and they love this place one of my twins had a lot of pain and they take care of him right a way and fix it on his first visit with out appointment!!! Was a walk in !!! And my 5 yr old is autistic and they treat him so good !! Always make him comfortable !! They remove a tooth of my daughter and I was always there with her !!!! And my twins well all perfect never have to wait more than 20 min same room Dr. walk in right a way everything perfect for me thank you Smileland for your service my kids love this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️
My son is 3 years old 1st time going to the denist, I had a grate experience, they talked to him all along so he wouldn't be scared. I even recommended to my family and friends... And I got their plan, it was better then my insurance.
